History & Story
Violet is Heritage Line’s most coquettish French-Indochinese designed luxury vessel. Gleaming wooden floorings, opulent silks, and velvets, selected artifacts and ornaments are distinct appearances of this small Art-Deco ship. With just six bright, spacious suites – each with distinct, impressive interiors and large balconies – Violet is perfect for romantic sojourns or privatized sailings (charters). A private dining venue pinnacles the personalised onboard experience offering exclusive and themed menus. Being ‘one-of-a-kind’ sailing the Halong Bay in the Gulf of Tonkin, she grants the highest level of privacy to its residents.

Violet is The Youngest” of the beautiful sisters. She has always secretly been the favorite of her dashing French aristocratic father and petite Vietnamese mother; her parents have always admired the coquettish charm that sets her apart from her older sisters. Named after the delicate purple blossoms that grow on the sides of the rocky islands in Halong Bay, Violet is a charming blend of tenderness, style, and tradition.
