HIGHLIGHTS
History & Story
Loy Pela Voyages offer luxurious private cruises along Thailand’s majestic Chao Phraya River. The boat sails from the kingdom’s new capital – Bangkok – to the old capital – Ayutthaya – on a journey back through time.
Each cruise follows in the footsteps of Kings Taksin, Rama III or Rama V, stopping at significant sites in each period of history. Guests are invited to immerse in local culture, making merit with monks, learning the history of palaces, and trying their hand at Thai cuisine.
The on-board experience is without parallel, with elegant staterooms each with ensuite, a private chef preparing all meals and afternoon tea, and a full suite of staff to attend to every need.
