Rodolphe joined the Jumeirah Al Qasr & Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf family in November 2018 as Director of Food & Beverage and has since taken the F&B portfolio from strength to strength across all financial and guest metrics, whilst building a strong team to manage this complex operation.
Prior to joining Jumeirah, Rodolphe worked 7 years for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in the Seychelles, Canada and US, where he was appointed as Director of F&B for the first time in 2017 at the Four Seasons Westlake in California.
In his native Paris, France, Rodolphe has worked for the Dorchester Collection, the Park Hyatt and George V hotels.
