History & Story
Following its bold debut in June 2018, La Tour d’Eole quickly became a reference destination in Dakhla, growing organically through word of mouth. Pioneering in its approach, the project combines exploration and outdoor activities with discreet, attentive service and organic, flavorful cuisine, all set within the raw and untamed beauty of the desert. Year after year, returning guests seek the rare sense of privacy and freedom offered by this remote and contemporary oasis.
Today, with only 45 rooms, suites, and villas, La Tour d’Eole is a confidential haven where lovers, families, and tribes meet, wishing to enjoy a stay with a tailor-made service on an isolated site facing an exceptional kitesurfing spot.

In 2023, La Tour d’Eole unveiled seven exceptional villas, set along the cliff edge and overlooking the Dakhla lagoon.
Designed with noble, natural materials, the villas offer a high level of comfort while remaining fully aligned with the ecological spirit of La Tour d’Eole. Each villa is composed of independent suites, allowing guests to enjoy both personal privacy and the exclusivity of an entire villa with family or friends.
The project was developed by renowned interior and landscape designers Charlotte Delahaie and Atelier KLP, who created a secluded retreat with a light, ethereal atmosphere that blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings.
Each villa features a private pool, generous outdoor living areas with pergolas and gardens, as well as discreet service and a dedicated concierge available throughout the stay.

La Tour d’Eole is home to discreet desert wildlife. If you are lucky, you may spot chameleons, fennec foxes or migratory birds living freely in their natural habitat.
As the night falls, another spectacle unfolds. With no surrounding urban infrastructure, the night sky is exceptionally clear. On moonless nights, thousands of stars become visible — perfect for stargazing and discovering constellations.

Chef Timouni leads the culinary vision of the property’s two restaurants, La Table d’Eole and the beach restaurant Le Chergui. He trained alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs in Marrakech, including Philippe Jourdin at the Royal Palm and Yannick Alléno at the Royal Mansour. His cuisine highlights exceptional raw materials, creating flavors that are distinctive, delicate and expressive. Blending Moroccan and Asian influences with French culinary techniques, he develops dishes where balance, texture and creativity enhance the natural quality of the products. His approach gives pride of place to the producers and resources of the Bay of Dakhla, with a strong focus on local sourcing and environmental responsibility.
More than a dining destination, it is a welcoming culinary home, where the kitchen, dining room and bar are united by the same spirit of warmth and energy.
At lunchtime, guests gather at Le Chergui, set directly on the private beach. The concept embraces a relaxed, feet-in-the-sand atmosphere built around the concept of sharing and conviviality. Freshly caught fish delivered daily by local fishermen, grilled meats and seasonal vegetables are prepared over a wood fire and served alongside vibrant salads and fresh starters. Many of the vegetables come from the property’s organic garden located next to the restaurant.
In the evening, La Table d’Eole offers a refined bistronomic experience crafted by the Chef. Guests may choose between a classic international, Moroccan or vegetarian menu, renewed daily according to seasonal produce and the freshest arrivals of the day.
Nightly rates include full board, comprising breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beverages are not included.
Wellness
Guests of La Tour d’Eole are invited to join a daily sunset yoga session by the infinity pool, overlooking the vast expanse of the Dakhla lagoon.
The private wellness space welcomes travelers seeking relaxation and renewal through a selection of restorative treatments.
Signature experiences include the traditional Berber massage with argan oil and the authentic oriental scrub, inspired by ancestral rituals of care and well-being.
