With over 25 years of distinguished hospitality leadership across the Middle East, Charles Saliba brings a wealth of operational, commercial, and pre-opening expertise to Raffles The Red Sea.
He began his career with Accor in Lebanon, later advancing to senior leadership roles in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the Sultanate of Oman. During his tenure with IHG, Charles held several executive positions spanning from Sales & Marketing Director to General Manager, where he built a strong reputation for elevating luxury hotel performance and guest experience.
Most recently, Charles served as Pre-Opening Cluster General Manager for the pioneering sustainable luxury destinations Habitas AlUla and Caravan by Habitas, leading the successful launch of these globally recognized lifestyle hospitality brands.
In his current role, Charles oversees the strategic leadership and operations of Raffles The Red Sea, playing a key role in positioning the destination as one of the region’s most exclusive luxury travel experiences.
