The home is comprised of 5 suites, and sleeps up to 10 guests. Each suite has its own terrace and faces both the lagoon and the property’s private beach. Additional property features include:

Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome at Bora Bora One. We have plenty of activities for them to enjoy such as ping pong, board games, and our activity guide will be happy to keep your littles ones occupied all day long.

Pet Policy
The Client shall not bring any pet into the Property without prior consent of the owner. Bringing your pet or service animal to The Islands of Tahiti is possible but requires adherence to several regulations which may vary by your country of origin.
The villa is under the watch of two kind German shepherds, who are very sociable and love kids. If the Client and his guests don’t feel comfortable with them, the Owner has a paddock for dogs.
Safety Policy
The property is enclosed by a fence along its perimeter, except for the beach area. Security cameras are installed at various entry points and along the fences.

Managers are present on the property 24/7 and can be reached at any time. Each bedroom in the Villa is equipped with a safe.
Bora Bora, especially Bora Bora One, is known for its high level of safety.
Please note that there is no security system or lifeguard at the swimming pool, dock, or beach. Clients are responsible for their own safety and that of their own group, including children. Clients should be aware of the potentially strong currents in the lagoon.

Celebrations & Events
The Client undertakes not to organize any public or private gathering or any event likely to generate the presence on the Property of a number of people exceeding the maximum allowed as specified in the reservation, except if prior agreement of the management has been given.
The property is only rented for vacation purposes. Any commercial event or party is strictly prohibited without prior express consent of the owner.
Number of staff on property
1 Manager in charge of Concierge Services, 1 Assistant Manager/Butler, 2 Chefs, 1 or 2 waitres(ses), 2 housekeepers, 3 gardeners, 1 activity supervisor. Maintenance is taken care by subcontractors available at the property’s convenience.
