Appointed General Manager of Capella Hanoi in 2024, she leads the hotel with a clear focus on operational excellence and a philosophy of refined, highly personalised luxury.
Before relocating to Vietnam, she held senior leadership roles with Langham Hotels, Mandarin Oriental and Emirates Palace, where she built strong expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within multicultural environments.
