History & Story
GO Quito Hotel was developed from more than 40 years of experience in Ecuadorian tourism. The property was designed as a contemporary expression of Quito and the Andes, integrating local materials and craftsmanship throughout. Artisans and furniture makers created pieces for the hotel, bringing traditional knowledge into a contemporary setting. The result is a hotel rooted in its destination rather than standardized.

Three distinct venues bring Ecuadorian flavors into different moments of the day. Panecillo Cocina y Mirador pairs Ecuadorian ingredients and Mediterranean influences with sweeping rooftop views across Quito. Parallel, in the lobby, combines contemporary Ecuadorian dishes with cocktails inspired by the Andes and Ecuadorian volcanic landscapes. Alegra is a relaxed garden-facing café for specialty coffee, artisan pastries, light dishes and all-day breakfast. Daily breakfast and à la carte dining are available. GO Quito Hotel does not operate on an all-inclusive or half-board basis.
Wellness
GO Spa is designed around relaxation, recovery and aromatherapy, with massages, facials, body rituals and hydrotherapy. Its signature three-hour Wampu experience combines body exfoliation, a nourishing mask and thermal wrap, time in the Jacuzzi, a one-hour aromatherapy massage and a facial.
