History & Story
The hotel was acquired by Josef Anton Sanoner in 1810. At the dawn of the ’90s, the ADLER Dolomiti became the first spa resort in South Tyrol to offer bespoke spa and wellness programmes and is now managed by the seventh generation of this family.

Val Gardena is the valley par excellence in the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage. It is located in South Tyrol and is a perfect place to live the most intense experiences in the heart of the unique Dolomites mountains throughout the whole year. The most famous spots nearby are reachable from the hotel through cable cars situated only few minutes from the hotel (Geisler/Odle, Sella, Sassolungo, Sellaronda).

Accommodation
The ADLER Dolomiti has 108 spacious and bright rooms with panoramic view over Ortisei and the ADLER park. Furnished with a noble oak wood floor, elegant materials and natural wood panelling, they are provided with digital TV, free WIFI connection, tea corner and minibar. All rooms have a private comfortable bathroom with rain shower.
The double room categories available for couples are divided into ADLER Nido (small cosy double rooms without balcony in the main building), double rooms Superior (with or without balcony, in the main building or in the Vital Residenz) and Junior Suites (for those who prefer something more spacious – balcony and panoramic view of the Dolomites and the park and in the main building). There are 12 family suites with separated bedrooms as well as one or two bathrooms and 7 junior suites with more spacious ambient, private balcony and coffee set. Single rooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. They are located in the Vital Residenz and are connected to the main building via the ADLER Spa and fitness area.
Restaurants & Bars
Guests usually stay at the ADLER Dolomiti with a half board plan and drinks or extras upon payment. Half board includes:
• Vitality breakfast with freshly baked pastries, savory and sweet specialties as well as a variety of juices and warm drinks.
• Homemade cakes, fruit and strudel in the afternoon.
• Fine dining with 5 to 6 course à la carte menu and additional selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes and typical theme evenings on the buffet twice a week.
Lunch is upon payment.
The central restaurant led by chef of cuisine Martino Longo and Diego Piergiovanni is the Maïtre.
The restaurant has approximately 100 tables divided on different zones as a more intimate stube, a terrace in summer, a bright winter garden and more spacious zones for families.
The ADLER Cocktail bar is composed by a chimney room, an open space terrace and a traditional wine cellar.
Wellness
The spa is one of the main focuses at the ADLER Dolomiti and consists of a brand new sauna area on a lake with different saunas, panoramic relax areas and treatment cabins, as well as the 4.000 m² Aguana Water World with several in- and outdoor pools and a salt grotto. The wellness area is completed by a well-equipped fitness studio, new treatment cabins and a new yoga room.
ADLER Treatments specially are developed by our experts with our proprietary organic cosmetics line.
From Ayurveda to numerous international treatments to the Tyrolean Arnica Fango Pack, a wide range of SPA treatments are offered. The spa programme is completed by a various sports programme including aqua gym, Nordic walking, gym, pilates, sound baths and much more.

Extra Notable Features
ADLER Dolomiti has an inhouse fitness studio, a yoga room and all the courses are included in the price. The main focus of the guests programme is a various outdoor programme with hiking tours, ebike, ski guiding and snow shoe hiking. There is also an ongoing collaboration with the ski school Ortisei for the kid’s ski courses and with the Golfclub St. Vigil Seis (20% discount and guaranteed tee times).
