Once a quiet wine estate, Cordeillan-Bages was revived by the Cazes family in 1986 as Château Cordeillan, a welcoming retreat rooted in Médoc’s wine traditions. Guided by partners in gastronomy, design and wine education, it evolved into a refined hotel that celebrated learning, connection and the pleasure of good wine. Since opening in 1989, the Château has become a recognised culinary and cultural destination. As COMO Cordeillan-Bages, it continues to share the art of living at the heart of the Médoc.
