Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, owned by Dohle Group, has been managed by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts since 2006. Ingo C. Peters, Regional Vice President and General Manager, brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality to the hotel.

FAIRMONT HOTEL VIER JAHRESZEITEN
Historic charm and luxury characterise the atmosphere of the globally renowned grand hotel Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. The guest perceives luxury differently and in a very extraordinary manner in this hotel. The hotel’s admirable history is reflected in all rooms – at no time insincere and artificial, but lovingly looked after down to the smallest detail and absolutely authentic. The hotel is also ideally located in the city centre, at the edge of the Inner-Alster-lake.
The famous designer firm Richmond International, based in London, has been appointed to design all rooms and suites in a classic / contemporary design, with a modern twist. The 2 Michelin star awarded restaurant ‘Haerlin’, considered as the best restaurant in Hamburg, closed its doors during the summer break 2013 for a complete renovation and re-design and re-opened successfully.

Since 2002, the gourmet menus at Restaurant Haerlin** are created by Christoph Rüffer. The emphasis is on imaginative compositions with fresh, seasonal products, skilfully combined with exceptional flavours and surprising textures. Awarded with two Michelin stars and 5 toques in the Guide Gault Millau as well as 4½ F’s from gourmet magazine “Der Feinschmecker”, Restaurant Haerlin** has a reputation stretching far beyond the borders of Hamburg.
• Nikkei Nine
With surprising combinations and intense flavours, NIKKEI Cuisine cultivates a style that combines the Japanese subtlety for traditional and elegant dishes with savoury elements from Peru. Whether it’s tartare from Wagyu steak or pickled scallops with Peruvian elements: Enjoy the finest cuisine at NIKKEI NINE in an elegant setting. Food is grilled over an open fire on the Japanese Robata grill in show kitchen.
• Jahreszeiten Bar
The best bar stories of the Hanseatic city and the perfect start to your night: Next to the entrance to Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is the smallest bar in Hamburg, which stretches over two floors with views over the Inner Alster, From traditional cocktails to an upscale selection of 70 types of whiskey, you can enjoy exquisite drinks in the historic and charming ambience.
• Wohnhalle
Wohnhalle, which is lovingly referred to as Hamburg’s living room, is the heart of Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Its unique 19th century atmosphere makes it an oasis of calm and relaxation. Our Wohnhalle is best known for the British Afternoon Tea: Scones, clotted cream and sandwiches, as well as a variety of different types of tea, guarantee a very special experience. Enjoy a wonderful afternoon by the crackling fireplace, the melodious sounds of our on-site pianist, and the elegance and cosiness of our Wohnhalle.
• Grill
Immerse yourself in a unique setting and experience the wonderful ambience of our GRILL. The restaurant combines masterful Hanseatic culinary, refined with international accents. From classic steak tartare to exquisite caviar, embark on a unique taste experience. The interior of the GRILL pays homage to the refined opulence of the Art Déco style combined with modern and elegant design elements.
• Café Condi
The perfect morning starts with an opulent breakfast at our Café Condi with magnificent views over the Inner Alster Lake. Enjoy freshly baked goods, selected fruits and vegetables, omelettes, pancakes and the finest coffee and tea specialities. The ambience of our Café Condi reflects the classic Biedermeier style and created a cosy and warm atmosphere.
• Condi Lounge
Our bistro by the Inner Alster Lake combines modern architecture with the elegance of Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. At Condi Lounge, we offer a range of coffee specialities, freshly prepared bagels, sandwiches and paninis as well as freshly baked croissants and salad. Delicious cake creations are served from our in house patisserie. In the summer months, our terrace invites you to enjoy your coffee break accompanied by exquisite Swiss Sprüngli pralines in the sun.

Just as the peaceful waters of the Inner Alster Lake convey a feeling of calm and serenity, the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa represents a very special place for complete relaxation. Above the roofs of Hamburg, there resides the exclusive wellness oasis of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. The Vier Jahreszeiten Spa is located on the 5th and 6th floor of the renowned hotel, covering more than 500 m2, and offers a real fountain of youth of relaxation for body, mind and spirit. In the the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, five luxurious treatment rooms, separate wet areas for women and men with sauna, steam bath and immersion pool, a hydro-massage tub, a generously-sized fitness area in cooperation with Technogym and a quiet room are available.

Meetings & Events – The Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten provides six rooms for conferences and meetings in Hamburg. All function rooms are air conditioned and equipped with audio-visual technical devices. The event rooms provide a resplendent setting for dinners for 2 – 18o people, cocktail receptions for up to 600 people and conferences for up to 115 people. Fitted with an eye for unique detail, and decorated in historic style, the rooms provide the perfect symbiosis of spectacular historical charm and state of the art technology.
