Built in the early 1900s, its Belle Epoque architecture showcases the magnificent Eiffel cupola located in the Winter Garden and designed by Gustave Eiffel. Respecting its rich heritage, the hotel offers 277 rooms and suites with a perfect blend of authenticity and modernity, including 53 Junior Suites, 22 Suites, and a collection of 13 Diamond Suites, all decorated with classic furniture.

First phase : Room Renovations
Over the next 5-6 years, from mid-October to early April, many rooms will be renovated each year, while preserving their unique Belle Epoque style and offering the utmost in comfort and elegance.
• Winter 2024/2025: rooms in levels 600-700 in the Beaumarchais wing
• Winter 2025/2026: rooms in Excelsior wing
Second Phase : Winter Garden Lobby transformation
From early October 2024 to mid-April 2025, the lobby will undergo a stunning transformation.
• From October 2024 to January 2025: A partition will be installed in front of the security desk to conceal the creation of a new group check-in and luggage storage area
• From January to end of May 2025, a new bar will be created in the heart of the lobby. The Eiffel Mezzanine will be refreshed for 6 weeks with new paint, carpet and furniture…requiring a temporary relocation of the breakfast area.
Although the renovations will only affect rooms and the Winter Garden lobby, wider disturbances (including noise) may apply, particularly affecting some meeting rooms.
