Born on the estate 40 years ago, he spent his childhood among the estate’s olive groves and woods. After holding various positions in the hotel industry around the world, he decided to return home and, together with the Galletti family, design the authentic, elegant, and proudly Umbrian hospitality concept of I Borghi dell’Eremo.

History & Story
The history of this estate is very long: 3000 years ago there was an Etruscan temple, modified into a watchtower in the 7th century, which became a monastery in the 12th century and remained so until the 16th century, when the noble families of the place continued to manage it with the same ways as the monks.
