Founded in 1939 and managed by Mr Hugo Pizzinini, Hotel Rosa Alpina is owned by three generations of the Pizzinini family with a Michelin three-starred restaurant.

The three Michelin Star restaurant, St. Hubertus is helmed by Chef Norbert Niederkofler, while three other dining venues offer both fine and informal family dining. The hotel’s comprehensive wellness centre is a serene haven, offering a family indoor heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, hammam, yoga studio, gym, adult pool with forest views and an extensive spa menu. Accomodation
Accommodation comprises of 52 spacious rooms and suites, including the three-bedroom Penthouse, and the three-bedroom Chalet Zeno with its outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna. Celebrating local hospitality with an elegant, refined Alpine atmosphere, each has been individually designed in a unique and authentic mountain-inspired style featuring a blend of local antiques and fine materials. Especially ideal for families, a number of rooms and suites are interconnecting.
• Deluxe Room
De Luxe Double Rooms, sized 30 – 41 m², most with a balcony facing south, offer a spacious living area and bathroom, all in Ladin style with authentic local antique furnishing. The bathrooms have a ceramic or marble bath with shower, some with walk-in shower and double basins.
The De Luxe Single Rooms with 27 m² are equipped with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. They feature a small sitting area.
• Junior Suite
Spacious and elegantly decorated with precious fabrics, the Junior Suites, sized 43 – 50 m², provide comfort and relaxation. They are individually themed and furnished with great attention for details.
Junior Suites are equipped with a stylish living area, twin beds and some have a balcony. The spacious bathrooms feature bathtub, walk-in shower and double basins.
• Suites
In our Suites, sized 44-58 m², the living area can be separated from the bedroom. The Suites are furnished according to different themes which refer to the local culture.
They include a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and a fire-place or a tiled stove. Some Suites are on two floors. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, bath tub and double basins.
• Loft Suite
Exquisitely unique, each of the state-of-the-art Loft Suites in the wooden Chalet wing, encompasses charming variations of the local style that is so distinctive to the area.
Our Loft Suites, open-plan and sized around 50 m² with a 10 m² terrace facing south, reflect the refinements of authentic local style combined with modern touches featuring flat-screen televisions and stereos.
The open fireplace provides a welcoming focal point, while a relaxing sitting area and natural wooden floors from an ancient Austrian farm house add warmth to the sophisticated accommodation. Supremely relaxing beds with luxurious touches such as goose down duvets provide ultimate comfort, while indulgent and spacious marble bathrooms with hammam showers and bathtub complement this very special hotel experience.
• Penthouse
A private refuge located on the top floor of the Engelstrakt, the entirely renovated Penthouse on the fourth-floor spans over 180 sqm, offering fabulous views of San Cassiano and the surrounding Dolomites peaks. It houses three suites, a living room with dining area, bar, kitchen and fireplace. The Penthouse has a private access by internal elevator.

• Chalet Zeno
Chalet Zeno is a contemporary mountain-style accommodation boasting a spacious living area with a cozy sofa and seating area facing the fire place and the private garden with its outdoor Finnish Sauna and Jacuzzi. A bar divides the living area from the dining and kitchen area.
Ideal for families and small groups, Chalet Zeno offers full privacy and comprises one master suite, one suite and one De Luxe Room, for a maximum of 7 to 8 guests. The suites feature generous bathrooms with hammam shower.

• St. Hubertus 3*
Helmed by Executive Chef Norbert Niederkofler with his experienced team, the three Michelin Star restaurant, St. Hubertus is named for the patron saint of hunters. Its seasonal menu celebrates Niederkofler’s ‘Cook the Mountain’ philosophy, using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Other dining venues offer both fine and informal family dining.
• Wine Bar & Grill – with its wood-fired pizza oven also offers grill-specialties, fresh homemade pasta in a cozy atmosphere
• Fondue Stube – for an intimate evening savouring traditional meat, cheese or chocolate fondue and specialties of the Ladin region
• Limonaia where breakfast is enjoyed in a sunny space with magnificent forest views
• Lobby & Bar – Live piano music drifts through the latter every evening, as guests savour an aperitif or cigar in the Fumoir.
