History & Story
History: In 1904, Mr Astor founded The St. Regis, proclaimed at the time by The New York Times as “the finest hotel in America”. A place where trends were born and boundaries of the era were broken. A second home to tycoons, film stars, artists, and legends of American society for more than a century such as Marilyn Monroe, Salvador Dalí, Alfred Hitchcock, Andy Warhol, amongst others. St. Regis was founded in 1904 not merely as a hotel but as a place to share extraordinary moments with loved ones. Its origins are deeply tied to Caroline Astor’s famed social events, which shaped high-society gatherings and introduced the exclusive “400” — New York’s most elite socialites. The founder John Jacob Astor IV died on April 14, 1912, on the Titanic.
Story: Today, the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort continues this legacy, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Guests can enjoy unique traditions such as sabrage, the elegant champagne-opening ceremony held in a special setting within the resort. Another highlight is the daily Afternoon Tea, served either in the refined St. Regis Bar or amidst the serene gardens, offering a peaceful retreat to savor fine teas and treats.

The meeting room can accommodate up to 180 people and can be connected with the meeting room « Brisa » and can be divided into 2 meeting spaces of 112 square meters, Ponent 1 and Ponent 2.
Boardroom: The Boardroom is customized for small meeting up to 13 people. With 40 square meters, the natural daylight and the large terrace this meeting room creates a personal and warm atmosphere.
Es Fum: Celebrate your special moments with exquisiteness at Es Fum, awarded with a Michelin star and a Sol Repsol.
