Francisco Sant’anna – General Manager – With a degree in hotel management, and ongoing training in sales and revenue management, he began his journey in hospitality 15 years ago. He developed his career in Sales and Marketing departments within luxury hotels and he recently joined the Singular Properties Group in the Azores to consolidate the position of the group at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

With the aim of providing unique experiences for visitors to the azores, white was developed based on the values of authenticity, exclusivity, sustainability, and excellence. These principles were the driving force behind the passions, vision and commitment of the founders. Meters from the atlantic coast, white is the result of a passion that joão and catarina reis share for creating unique, intimate places in singular landscapes. This devotion to providing our guests with an exclusive experience, where time crawls at another pace and nature controls our rhythms, is emblematic of a stay at white. The stillness, calm and ocean breezes provide the tranquillity that most need for a truly relaxing vacation. When joão and catarina discovered the ruins of an old summer house with magnificent views overlooking the ocean, they knew they had a magical place.

History & Story
Meters from the Atlantic coast, WHITE is the result of a passion that João and Catarina Reis share for creating unique, intimate places in singular landscapes. Being an « adults only » (+14 years old) hotel, this devotion to providing our guests with an exclusive experience, where time crawls at another pace and nature controls our rhythms, is emblematic of a stay at WHITE. The stillness, calm and ocean breezes provide the tranquility that most need for a truly relaxing vacation. When João and Catarina discovered the ruins of an old summer house with magnificent views overlooking the ocean, they knew they had a magical place.

Singular Location: We’re situated just steps from the Atlantic, where its oceanic hues disappear into infinity. This is where the magic happens. A la Carte experience: The Cardume Restaurant is a “laboratory of flavors”.

Extended over the cliff: Located on a peaceful residential area, with more than 100m of cliff front, our site has been designed to make this an exclusive space. Each area is filled with unique views that makes it difficult to choose where to luxuriate.

WHITE has several spaces where you can peacefully relax. Our outdoor patio faces the sea and we provide various spaces with places to allow you to simply rest and contemplate your surroundings.
