Patrick Schori is a leader with an outstanding track record and more than 15 years of international experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, he brings to his new role a deep commitment to excellence, strong cultural fluency, and an innovative strategic vision. Patrick began his career at Hyatt in 2010 as a Corporate Leadership Trainee at Park Hyatt Saigon and has since held progressively senior leadership positions across Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, and Andaz properties worldwide. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Andaz Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, where he led the resort to record performance in ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction, while also expanding its residential offering and launching award‑winning culinary and wellness experiences.
