The hotel is located within One High Line, Bjarke Ingel’s architectural masterpiece overlooking the acclaimed High Line Park, occupying a full city block from 17th to 18th Streets between 10th and 11th Avenues. Alan Faena’s vision has always been drawn to places where history, art, and the spirit of reinvention converge. This waterfront site, echoing the spirit of Buenos Aires’ old ports, felt destined. It offered the chance to collaborate with the architect, Bjarke Ingels, creating a dialogue between vision and place. • BThe Living Room – Accessed via lobby grand staircase, located on 2nd floor, features a full bar at either end of the room, 150 seats and a 900 square foot terrace facing the High Line Park. A grand 160-foot-long gallery will feature a spectacular painted mural and connect the Living Room to El Secreto and La Cava. A section of the Living Room can be privatized and seat 46 guests with an additional 8 at the bar. Open from 3pm to 2am, the Living Room will serve light fare. Live Music from 8 pm to 10pm, followed by DJ from 10pm onward.
• BEl Secreto – Spectacular intimate nightclub with a unique design, can welcome 40 guests at a time. Available for private parties, cocktail receptions or casual meetings, it is connected to The Living Room and La Cava.
• BLa Cava – Inspired by the original La Cava at Faena Buenos Aires, this wine cellar can seat 24 guests. Available for private parties, it is connected to the Living Room and El Secreto
