Carlos Bueno
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Carlos brings over 25 years of luxury hospitality experience, having worked with prestigious brands such as The Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, and Fairmont.
Carlos began his career in Food & Beverage, gaining experience at the Waldorf Astoria and Four Seasons in New York. In 2007, he joined Fairmont, starting as Director of Outlets at The Plaza in New York before transitioning to Fairmont Hotel Vancouver as Director of Food & Beverage. In 2012, he left Fairmont to work at Boston Harbor Hotel as Director of Operations. He returned to Fairmont in 2015 at Fairmont Copley Plaza, advancing to Hotel Manager before moving to the Taj Boston. Most recently, he held the role of Managing Director at the Luxury Hotel Newbury Boston. We are delighted to welcome Carlos back to Accor as he joins the Raffles family.

• Raffles Boston is partnering with Guerlain, and the spa features a couple suite and three individual treatment suites with private hydrotherapy baths, showers, and water closets. Relaxation pods, his and hers sauna, steam rooms, and ice showers are all available for in-house guests with/without a treatment.

• There are 18 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for guests who require special accessibility.
