The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, opened in May 2019 on 4,000 private acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. The property was conceived as a place of genuine connection — with the land, the animals, and the people who tend to both. From its architecture to its experience program, every element of Blue Sky reflects a commitment to authenticity, quiet sophistication, and deep respect for the natural world.

The concierge team at Blue Sky builds bespoke itineraries for each guest in advance of arrival, drawing from an extensive program of outdoor pursuits, culinary experiences, spa and wellness offerings, equine connection, and high-alpine helicopter adventures. The breadth and depth of on-property programming means guests rarely need to leave the ranch.

Summer programming includes horseback riding, guided hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, sporting clays, and outdoor yoga and meditation. Winter brings snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snow cat tours, backcountry skiing and snowboarding, winter fly fishing, and heli-skiing arranged directly from the property. Many experiences can be combined or customized for groups and families.
Fun Facts
The Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation, based at Blue Sky, is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and dignified retirement of horses and other animals. The foundation practices Vaquero natural horsemanship, a gentle method that works in harmony with each animal’s natural energy and personality. Guests are invited to engage with the horses and resident animals throughout their stay, often forming connections that become the most memorable part of their visit.
Children’s Corner
Little Vaqueros welcomes younger guests ages 5 to 12 with daily themed excursions tailored to their age group. Children are encouraged to interact with the horses, cattle, and chickens that call Blue Sky home, fostering a sense of curiosity, confidence, and connection with the natural world.
