Lea Seguier has always been in the hospitality industry, working in France or Australia for the best collections of hotels such as Belmond, Shangri-La, Oetker Collection and La Reserve. Lea has travelled worldwide as a Director of sales and is familiar with the elite luxury networks.

Craig partnered with Lea in 2022 to create La Collection, after decades in the luxury travel space, notably spending over 10 years in the luxury cruise and expedition industry with Silversea, Scenic & Ponant. Together, Lea and Craig source incredible experiences to showcase to the travel industry in Australia and New Zealand. Luxury and Experiential Travel is their passion.
