Immersed in Australia’s vibrant food scene – where European techniques meet Asian influences – he refined his craft under innovative chefs who pushed him to experiment. That spirit of adventure eventually led Alistair to the world of superyachts, where he now works as a private chef navigating some of the most stunning waters on the planet. Whether designing refined multi-course tasting menus or creating comforting, home-style dishes for crew and guests, he brings the same dedication to quality, creativity, and consistency.
