Florian Schaible, the Managing Director, has a distinguished history in the industry. Graduating from the Austrian Hotel Management School, he gained experience working on prestigious cruise ships, including the Queen Elizabeth 2 and the opening crew of the Queen Mary 2. He continued his career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, spanning locations like Southern California, Toronto, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Austria. In 2012, he assumed a management role at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa, Switzerland, and in 2015, he founded Flospitality, leveraging his extensive expertise in the industry.
