Enver Arslan – Area General Manager
Enver Arslan is a seasoned hotelier known for his passion, expertise, and deep understanding of luxury hospitality. With a career spanning the USA, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the Maldives, and more, Enver’s global experience enriches his leadership at JOALI Maldives, JOALI BEING, and BIJAL Turkey.
He began his journey with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, excelling in Food & Beverage and Quality Assurance roles. Joining JOALI Maldives as Resort Director in 2017, he was promoted to General Manager in 2021. His inspiring leadership and focus on excellence have driven the resort’s international acclaim and guest satisfaction.
Enver holds a degree from Erciyes University, Turkey, and a Revenue Management certification from Cornell University. Beyond work, he is a fitness enthusiast, diver, cyclist, and photographer, combining his love for travel and nature. Enver’s genuine warmth and people-first approach make every moment at JOALI unforgettable.

• The Junior Gourmet menu incurs a charge if ordered via In-Villa Dining.

• Marine Conservation
The JOALI Reef Restoration Programme (JRRP) stands as our tribute to coral reefs, known as the rainforests of the ocean. Be part of this conservation effort by planting “fragments of hope” — tiny corals nurtured in our very own nurseries. After about a year of careful tending, the corals are ready to go out into the world! Our team transplants the fragments onto the house reef, fostering its regeneration. You can also join a guided tour of our coral nursery, led by our resident marine biologist.
