Safety Policy
• The resort is securely monitored by the Security Department to ensure the safety of our guests and employees are well monitored and operates 24/7 per day throughout the year.
• In Villa safes are provided in each Villa for the safe keeping of the valuable items however the resort cannot accept liability for any lost or damage of items in a Villa safe as it is not under our supervision
• Guest information’s including passport copy, guest registration card, guest profile history should not be disclosed to any property, third party or company unless it is approved by guest
• All the villas must have a life ring attached with 10 meter floatable rope and 2 life jackets (minimum) in the villa in the event of emergency. Ocean Paradise (Dive Center) will provide life jackets for guest’s on recreational activities.
