Location
Located just outside of the town of Pollensa, this 100-hectare property is completely private, secured by a walled perimeter and is the ultimate retreat from the active world. The estate is ideal to relax in within the spa facilities, take pleasure walks and relax in the various swimming pools available from the main villa to the vineyard pool and the spa pool indoors. Cycling is popular in this area as there are plenty of ways to cycle for pleasure.
Date of building and last renovation
2004 renovated and updated each year, purchased by current owner, completely renovated with new spa building, art house and the main house restored and upgraded to fit 8 bedrooms.
