History and story
Domaine de Bagatelle has always been Madame Morlat’s dream property, a property she and her husband fell in love with as newlyweds but were unable to purchase as they could not afford it. Many years later the property went back on the market, and they were able to purchase it in 2021.

Domaine de Vieux-Mareuil is renovating the barn at Domaine de Bagatelle to include four new bedrooms, a spa, a gym, an office, a children’s playroom, a reception room, and a caterer’s kitchen. Laetitia Morlat has personally selected the interior design, adding her signature touch to every detail. The barn will be fully renovated by October 2025.
