Madame Morlat has been courageously battling cancer for many years, enduring cycles of remission and relapse. In 2022, she came across Domaine de Lavy, a discovery she interpreted as a powerful symbol to keep fighting and to dedicate herself to preserving these cherished estates.
The name « Lavy » resonates with the French phrase « La Vie, » meaning « Life » in English, which Madame Morlat took as an inspiring sign to continue her journey with renewed determination and hope. Her story is a testament to resilience and the enduring human spirit.
