Houses with 5 en-suite bedrooms, living rooms with 5.5 m high ceiling, modern kitchens fully fitted and equipped with the most up-to-date domestic appliances, generous domestic staff quarters, parking for 2 cars and private gardens and pools. • Daily a la carte breakfast in our El Jardin Restaurant. The property is situated on a plot measuring 32,300 square metres on privileged ground located within the Cortesín Golf Club. Located only 2 minutes away from the Hotel main entrance Luxurious Gym, Spa, Snow Cave & Sports Facilities • Eleven treatment rooms equipped with under-floorheating and heated massage beds. There is also a huge double treatment room for couples, with a Roman bath. • Four of the treatment rooms are located in an exclusive area of Thai spa prepared for oriental treatments • Facilities at the spa include three thermal areas, one female, one male and one unisex. All three are equipped with sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area. Guests also have use of a small plunge pool and the bracing snow cave, first one in Spain • A large 25m heated indoor swimming pool • A modern fitness centre recently equipped with the latest wellness technologies of the new exclusive collection Artis by Technogym. • Personal trainers, including yoga and pilates, are available upon request. • Two paddle and two tennis courts The 5 bedroom villa will be managed as part of the hotel with the same hotel services. This mean that the clients will have access to our Spa facilities, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, Beach Club facilities, Restaurants …etc. Yoga & Meditation Center Builded in October 2008 12 guests • The use of bathrobes and bathing costumes is restricted exclusively to the pool and Spa areas. Likewise, the use of footwear is mandatory at all times throughout the hotel, with the exception of those areas as mentioned previously. • Kabuki Raw Restaurant & El Jardin de Lutz Restaurant: Smart Casual attire is appropriate. Please refrain from wearing sports shoes, shorts and t-shirts or sandals for gentlemen. Children over 10 years are welcome for dinner at Kabuki Raw restaurant. • Blue Bar: Adults only. Please refrain from wearing bathing attire. • Golf Club Clubhouse: It must be in full harmony with the game of golf. Please refrain from using t-shirts, jeans, athletic apparel or bathing suits. The use of non-appropriate footwear is also prohibited. • Mobile telephones: Please refrain from using your mobile phone in our Restaurants. RULES OF OUR SPA INSTALATIONS In order to preserve the relaxing ambiance of our Spa and provide the very best service, we inform that children under 15 years of age are not allowed to use the Spa facilities except within the following hours: 11 am to 15:00 pm. RULES OF OUR OUTDOOR POOLS • Pool 50 – Only adults allowed. Pets are not allowed. All the policies are properly in force within the Spanish law. • 23.000m2 of garden area and 22.000m2 of constructed area We can arrange a large list of activities, excursion trips, experiences for our guests. • Personalized excursions to the beautiful “white villages” (Ronda, Jimena, Casares,Jerez, etc…) We have an average of 3.5 staff per suite.

After 9:00 pm in all public areas (except pool areas): Please refrain from wearing bathing attire, sportswear or shorts for gentlemen.
Children should be always accompanied by a responsible adult and must respect the Spa rules. Children less than 5 years old are not allowed to use the Spa facilities at any time. The Gym facilities are not available for children under 14 years old.
