Location and Key Sites
One&Only Portonovi, located in country of Montenegro, sits at the entrance of Boka Bay, a fjord-like idyll on Montenegro’s Adriatic Sea. The fjord-like bay is dotted with tiny islands and bordered by the World Heritage towns of Perast and Kotor.

Pet Policy
Pet Responsibility: As a dedicated pet owner, the guest acknowledges the importance of ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. They agree to take responsibility for any damages or excessive soiling caused by their pet during their stay. The resort kindly requests adherence to these guidelines to maintain a positive experience for all guests.
Damage and Cleaning Costs: The guest acknowledges that any necessary repairs or additional cleaning due to their pet will incur appropriate charges, ensuring that the resort remains a welcoming space for all.
Pet Access Areas: To maintain a comfortable environment, pets are not permitted in the resort restaurants, spa, and swimming pool areas, including cabanas and daybeds. When transporting their pet on the property, guests are required to keep them leashed or crated for the safety and comfort of all. (This policy does not apply to guide or service dogs.)
Pet Supervision: If the guest leaves their pet alone in the room, they must ensure that the pet is safely secured in its carrier or crate. During housekeeping service, if the pet is present, housekeeping will not be provided that day.
Outdoor Relief: The guest agrees to walk their pet to designated areas on the outer perimeter of the hotel property for bathroom breaks, away from the building and garden. They are expected to promptly clean up after their pet and may request assistance from the host for cleaning supplies if needed.
Noise Consideration: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, the guest agrees to manage any excessive noise, such as barking, ensuring a comfortable environment in both guest villas and public areas.
Pet Fee and Limitations: A supplement of EUR 55 per pet, per night applies year-round. The resort kindly requests that only one pet be accommodated per guest.
