Child Policy

Pets are not allowed in The Villas, with an exception of a service dog, provided it has a relevant documentation that proves the dog’s service status (as passport and stamped official certificate).
Safety Policy
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Client undertakes to deliver to the hotel the daily amount of 750€ per Villa for Icon or Lush / or 1400€ for Scenic per overnight, 7 days prior the arrival, as a deposit, for the proper and accurate fulfilment of the terms therein. This amount will be kept by the hotel until the customer’s departure. Τhe hotel shall return the deposit to the customer within 15 days from departure, after deducting all or part of any possible damages if any, and repair work made necessary in the villas and/or any outstanding payment by the client if any.

FIRE EMERGENCY
Fire extinguishers are located in all areas according to the Fire Safety Law. You are kindly requested to read the escape plan located behind the entrance door. In case you hear the emergency alarm, please evacuate your villa immediately and proceed to the designated Assembly Point.
JACUZZI SAFETY RULES
For health & safety reasons, the jacuzzi is set to 32-35°C. At this temperature, there is no risk for the body. Limit your time in the jacuzzi to a maximum of 20 minutes as extended time can affect your inner organs and cause conditions like fever. In case of pregnancy, please consult your doctor before using the jacuzzi. People with skin or other body infections and open wounds are not permitted to use the jacuzzi. Do not immerse your head in the jacuzzi water as this increases the risk of infection and drowning due to suction below the water line.
Take care when entering and leaving the jacuzzi. When leaving the jacuzzi, leg muscles may be relaxed thus making you unsteady. Never use glass near or in the jacuzzi, as there is low visibility underwater and broken glass may be dangerous for bare feet. Do not use any electrical appliances near or in the jacuzzi. Persons with heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, or any serious illness should not enter the jacuzzi without consulting their doctor first. The heat of the jacuzzi water speeds up the effects of alcohol and can cause sleepiness, dizziness and unconsciousness. Avoid using the jacuzzi immediately after a heavy meal. Avoid entering the jacuzzi immediately after exercising as water temperature can affect heart rate. Please note that the use of the jacuzzi is allowed until 22:30. The water in the jacuzzi suite is refreshed right before check-in. Using soap or shower gel is not allowed.
POOL RULES
You may enter the swimming pool at your own responsibility. Diving is not allowed. The use of glass is not permitted in or around the pool area. Please avoid any excessive noise that may annoy other guests. Please shower before entering the pool.
SAFETY IN THE VILLA
It is strongly recommended that you place all valuables in the safe deposit box available in your bedroom. Santo Collection takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Before exiting your villa, please make sure all doors and windows are closed. In case of a fire emergency, please evacuate the villa immediately and head to the designated Assembly point.
