Jorma joined Starburst III this season. He is a culinary trained Chef and has worked in high end venues in various destinations in Australia, France, Finland and Sweden. Jorma is able to cater for almost every guest culinary request.His favourite cuisines are Mediterranean, Scandinavian, Russian and Asian.
He is passionate about cars, especially sports cars and enjoys long road trips in his off time. His dream is to open his own restaurant one day, currently he is looking outside the yachts window for the right location to pursue his dreams.
