Children are welcome. There are toys and games for them. The beach has a shallow flat safe area where many children learn to swim for the first time. Childcare can be arranged with people who have known the owner’s family for 20 years.

No pets allowed as there are chickens and ducks near the farm area of the Estate
Safety Policy
While the Estate is equipped with state of the art firealarm system and all areas are made safe, people stay at their own risk. The swimming pool is ungated.

With the exception of the Maid who is seasonal, all staff members who work at the Estate have been known to the owner’s family for between 10 and 20 years. Think of them as your personal staff to make life easier.
