History and Story
After identifying a need for Hotel-style living in the private rentals sector and the desire for a sense of place within the hotel sector the concept of ‘The Other House’ was born – combining Short hotel stays with Private Rental Sector and Long Lets, offering Club Flats (as opposed to bedrooms) that offer unique design-led and space optimised space in key cities, each Other House has a Private Club with wellness and wellbeing facilities and membership programmes along with a signature bar and café / lifestyle eateries… where you can stay a night, a week, a month or over a year.

“Residents Club”, Serviced Apartments / Long Lets with additional hotel-like facilities offering affordable luxury to people who know where they want to be. Signature Bar – Owl and Monkey and Street Café open through the day for Residents and Guests. Sustainability is at the core of The Other House.
