The Villa is located in one of the most beautiful enclaves of the Pyrenees, one of the widest and sunniest valleys in Europe, being the best place to enjoy tranquility, nature, Spanish and French cuisine and all kind of activities (Golf, Ski, cycling, hiking, horse-back riding, hot air baloons, etc…) It is located in one of the best plots of the urbanization of the prestigious Real Club de Golf Cerdanya, one of the oldest golf courses in Spain, bordered by rivers and integrated into the environment. Moreover, the villa is 2 km away from France, half an hour away from Andorra and an hour and a half away from Barcelona.
Date of construction and last renovation
The original building (1960) was performed according by project of renowned architect Don Antonio Bonet Castellana (†). From 2006 to 2009, there have been changes and renovations in the Villa for placing on the market under the direction of renowned architect William Banares Parera (†), which has managed to retain the Bonet originality in the important transformation made in the Villa.
