Pet Policy
Restrictions:
RF Private Villas impose 2 specific restrictions:
– in terms of weight (maximum of 20lbs or 10kgs)
– in terms of number of pets (maximum of 1 pet per villas).
However, Private Villas reserves the right to reconsider this on a case to case basis.
Conditions:
• The Guest must read and sign the Hotel Pet Policy Disclaimer informing him/her of the responsibilities and charges related to the pet(s) (see Example A). Disclaimer is to be shared at the booking stage and signed upon arrival.
• The Guest is responsible for the payment of an anti-allergenic deep cleaning fee upon departure of a minimum of EUR100 per villas if needed, and any damage or liability caused by the pet(s).
• The Guest must ensure the pet(s)’ behavior is correct and not disturbing any Guests or other persons.
• The Guest must look after the pet(s) at all times, whether in the Guestroom or in the RF Private Villas common areas, and must not expect Private Villas employees to care for the pet(s).
• The Guest must not bring his pet(s) to the Spa & Gym facilities or the internal spaces of F&B areas of the resort (with the exception of service animals: e.g. “guide dogs”). Exceptions can be made if pet(s) are carried in a specific dog/cat carrier.
