The architectural vision features 13-foot exposed wood-beam ceilings, hand-scraped white oak floors, and expansive Fleetwood glass walls for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The custom Bulthaup kitchen showcases high-end European craftsmanship, while an infinity-edge pool and private fitness pavilion with an adjacent spa enhance the wellness-focused design. Its curated design elements remain true to Gillen’s original vision, blending contemporary luxury with coastal tranquility.
