Pet Policy
For the safety and comfort of our guests, you are kindly requested to follow some simple rules during your stay with your pet:
• Only specific hotel-designated rooms are used for guests with pets.
• Owner takes responsibility and assures that pets are up to date with flea/tick treatments.
• Dogs must only be walked on the road and the beach and cleaning up after the pet is the responsibility
of the pet owner.
• Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, lounges, main pool area.
• The only areas where pets are permitted without a leash are inside your designated guest room/villa.
•There will be an additional $450.00 one-time fee (Up to 5 nights) and an additional $75/daily above 6
nights stay, added to your room account. If the room can’t be put back into service due to smell/condition caused by the pet, the guest will be responsible for any room night charges, plus tax, while that room remains out-of-order.
• If your pet is left alone in the room, we ask that it is placed in a crate environment (or if not in a crate
environment, your “do not disturb” sign must be placed on the door).
• Arrangements must be made with the housekeeping department regarding the servicing of your
guest room. During the housekeeping service, one of the following needs to take place: the owner is
present in the room with a pet, the pet is removed from the room. Normal service hours apply.
