Description
• Backed by indigenous flora atop Little Bay’s dramatic cliffs, ANI Anguilla welcomes guests to this private, nature-embraced eyrie on the island’s northern shoreline. Encompassing two elegant villas, both fronted by their own swimming pools and a host of view-drenched entertainment areas, this magnificent Caribbean retreat accommodates up to 20 guests, with a dedicated staff of 22 tailoring every detail of every stay.
• Consummately private yet easily accessible, ANI Anguilla can accommodate guests across four Ocean View Suites, two Ocean View Guestrooms, and four Guestrooms. The accommodation is positioned across two separate villas resting side by side. Called North and South, they are almost perfect mirror images of each other in their striking contemporary design, boasting tiered terraces and roof decks over three stories to maximize the all-encompassing sea views. Featuring extra-height, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, the villas are spacious and light-filled, with indoor dining and living areas on the ground level leading directly to expansive pool terraces. Hair dryers, Nespresso coffee machines, mini bars, and bathroom scales are offered throughout the accommodations.
• Every guest is welcome at ANI, and those using wheelchairs will find design elements to ensure ease of movement and comprehensive access to all facilities and areas including: an elevator in south Villa, the property offers smooth, flat pathways, and slopes where necessary, a pool lift for getting into and out of the water is available on request as well as bathroom handrails and a shower wheelchair can be provided.
• A private paradise seemingly perched between heaven and sea, ANI offers every facility, amenity, space, and service a group of guests could possibly desire during their stay. Designed to take full advantage of the property’s breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean, internal spaces feature glass walls or doors and flow seamlessly outward to embrace two sparkling, freshwater pools, indigenous gardens, and the panoramic vistas beyond. While there is no direct beach access, two golf carts are available for getting to and from Crocus Bay Beach. More adventurous guests can walk the four minutes to Little Bay Beach and descend the
steep cliff path, aided by a rope, to reach its pristine white sands.
• Alfresco areas include almost two acres of landscaped gardens, two infinity-edge, swimming pools, poolside dining areas in both villas, shaded poolside day beds in both villas, rooftop terraces in the North and South Villas ideal for sunset cocktails and shaded day-time dining, a clifftop, open-air Events Pavilion, two open-air hot tubs set within the gardens, multiple open-air cliff-top settings, ideal for afternoon tea and alfresco dining. There is also a floodlit tennis court with artificial grass and basketball hoop.
• Spaces within include: A living room and separate dining area on the ground floor of each villa with Smart TVs and views out to sea, a bar, pool table, and shuffleboard in South Villa living room and a kitchen in North Villa, while the South Villa kitchen is used by the resort team. A fully-equipped, air-conditioned Gym with Peloton Bike and a Spa treatment room are adjacent to the tennis court.
